Very poor at crises Management. First they said will pay it 40% salary no employee will be send on leave without pay and lay off. But company didn't keep their promise. Not ethical. Roumers are spreading in news and company that it's going to be sold to reliance but no confidence giving talk from company about job. Learning opportunities are been provided in covid period, salary is not been paid on time in covid period because of poor sales. Company should have been prepared for crises management.....Read More

Co operative Team mates , ample opportunity to learn more , no issue on salary . Work environment is excellent . You can bring in new ideas and workable ideas and it will be tested and accepted .

As of now due to manpower down sizing in view of merger of two Cos , there is feeling of job insecurity .But still the co is accomodating a few of them by internal transfers wherever feasible .
