There is no job security they can terminate you any time or told to leave the job as name of company cost cutting, There is no job policies full and final settlement and in gratuity clearance time they don't have money to pay you till the one year of exit, work culture is very bad thru the management and HR.

There is no timely full and final settlement and gratuity payment till the releaved after one year.
