No dignity for employees even at senior level. Micromanagement , pestering, blaming employees and huge workload. Every employee is handling load of 3. Management is not good. Especially IT. Huge attrition but still there is no value for employees. They will try by hook or crook to retain the employee but din change their culture. It's pathetic environment to work with.

Worst hr management at the time you leaving (60 day to settlement) I have paid penalty amounts against bond but they not given any proof for that even though they promised me before leaving and after leaving they not given single response to my mail. Their is no growth at all. Not single training programs. No curricular activities. You will not get the knowledge from senior.

Worst experience I have ever had this company doesn't give you time for recruitment they only ask for business every time they didn't help you to grow and all the time they threat you to fire from your position and huge deduction in salary you even don't for what they deduct so much of your salary never join this company

Their are lots of sacrificed like cluster/regional lavel pressure no one solution only pressure all time Google meeting & unwanted pep after lots of challenges we suffered with banks activities those persons are warn morning to evening each time

Zero overall. Top management is good for nothing. From the time of interview, they will keep asking you for policy. If you cannot give any policy then they will say your salary will be on hold and You will recieve Termination letter. Think before you join, if you have good relationship and can built good agency then go otherwise think twice. No holiday for you even in Sunday too.
