Nothing is there to like. Immature leadership specially in Embedded LOB needs to be changed immediately. Leaders are a joke and they hamper the BAU in order to justify their 1cr package.

Dislikes

Everything is worth dislike. Leadership (Director Level) people engage in petty politics and flirt with female employees. They have been continuously failing to prove their competence yet the senior leadership is oblivious of the failures. Acko is a ship destined to drown.

Promotions and hikes are never based on merit .. hitlerian rules in my department.. there is no involvement in decisions nor any discussions happen... Micromanagement and increased work load

Just the 2 days week off... But then again.... It's just for name sake for people on team lead or manager role or higher...

Everything... It used to be a good place to work with great manager and culture... Few changes has caused everything to crumble.. micromanagement, unfulfilled promises, no promotion to deserving people.. the list goes on.... They dont belive in retaining good employees... But believer in replacements.... They make you work and never recognise your hard work...

Some teams like mine have high micromanaging, Low Work Life balance. No visibility for your work. Low Salary Rude Managers who can take WFH/Leaves but do not approve their Reportees leaves Habit of dumping work on juniors and highlighting themselves.

The employee benefits and appraisals are not upto the mark. The contributions are not valued and sometimes ignored while we have the talks. Promotions are not provided to the deserving candidates

There is no culture as I remember at my time there was no holiday or comp off for the main festival which is Diwali....nor there was any such activities like ethnic day or something like this to celebrate Diwali that's when I realised that this company has no culture & it will make you feel that you are working for Britishers, also when it comes to clarifying the company leave policies it's terrible, won't recommend anyone who would like to have work life balance as well...Read More
