The job is mostly secure here. Training needs to improve at the middle and starting management levels. Work with people who are amongst the most skilled in the industry and compensation is good too. Workspace is nice.

Dislikes

Internal politics is rife. Appraisals could be biased and unjustified. There's a lot of power of the senior management with regards to hike, ratings and bonuses - even your reporting manager could be helpless in front of the top honchos. Personal relations and assumptions could undermine your efforts, and reputation. Bullying seems to be a part of most team's work culture here.

In SMFG, all the departments are given very good training for all the work, specially in the operation department, every single thing is taught in a very good manner and the operation manager learns to resolve any query very well.

Dislikes

Working on holidays and getting late night work done is not liked here, especially keeping late cob hours is not good
