I being a 3rd stage cancer survivor and it was just a year the treatment is over and has been more prone to get effected of covid... company is giving full opportunity to work from home in these tough times. This motivated to work more effectively for the company when it is treating well their staff.. I am proud of my company.

Work satisfaction - Good
Company culture - Good
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

i believe their should be compulsory transfer of bm to other location or region with proper stipend hike....people are working in the same position for years and their is no change in profile or place... HR do not address the issues properly.

Salary - Poor
Promotions - Bad

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
