Management is very poor. Due to no particular head in the north management.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't Address our issues. Salary is less and there is no career growth, Till date no job training and no work life balance and we worked under pressure

I have been forced to resign from the post . Current management of Fuji is very terrible .

Current management of Fuji is very bad and terrible . I was working in Fuji from 2016 to 2020. But suddenly they called me up and asked me to resign without giving any reason. They were trying to spoil my life . Mentally tortured .
