Good work life balance. Meaning clock in 8.5 hours and leave.

The work culture is extremely outdated. Not at par with the rest of the organizations that are trying to be known for being the best employers. The company is a dinosaur in the world of electric vehicles. Extremely process oriented and can't think out of the box. No room for personal development. Bad leadership. Very power driven- no real demonstration of knowledge. I have learnt nothing from my managers here although I've initiated multiple conversations. They definitely don't believe in employee happiness. No benefits whatsoever. No Wi-Fi. No laptops, only desktops. No WFH. No taking offs on Friday and Monday. Strict lunch time between 1 and 1.30pm. Very bad morale throughout the team. And leaders don't even acknowledge. If you're an ambitious person looking to learn a new thing everyday, this isn't the place for you.
