Earlier the organisation thrived but now the work life balance and company culture is at an all time low and politics is at an all time high. Senior management doesn't know the right way to deal with young employees, they keep bossing them around. Job Security that's it. You get to learn a lot

Oh! It's a long list. 1- WFH is not provided. 2- They don't give good salaries neither do people get good appraisal. 3- They are product based just for name sake. 4- Insurance premiums are too high if you take parental cover. 5- Culture is not good. 6- Maximum people now joining don't get to work on Freecharge products but they are aligned with AXIS Bank Dev support projects, that were previously handled by ThoughtWorks. 7- If you come from a normal company don't provide good salaries, but if if you come from companies like Paytm, they will give you good hike.
