Work culture is very good. Culture is building in away that everyone is helping everyone they only focus on work should be done on time which is very good and Maneger are so good they actually think about team rather than their own benefits and they always take stand for their subordinates.overall good work and personal life balance and they also provide Permanent WFH.

Learning is much big factor for anyone but no increment you get as such.

Senior management doesn't know the right way to deal with young employees, they keep bossing them around. Oh! It's a long list. 1- WFH is not provided. 2- They don't give good salaries neither do people get good appraisal. 3- They are product based just for name sake. 4- Insurance premiums are too high if you take parental cover. 5- Culture is not good. 6- Maximum people now joining don't get to work on Freecharge products but they are aligned with AXIS Bank Dev support projects, that were previously handled by ThoughtWorks. 7- If you come from a normal company don't provide good salaries, but if if you come from companies like Paytm, they will give you good hike.
