The only way to get a deserving compensation is to switch. Freecharge will not be able to give you a raise that you deserve. Getting a maximum CTC out of Freecharge while joining is the key. Senior Leadership/Management doesn't know what works and what doesn't in the market. They have really empty future plans and visions, sugarcoated with fancy English words. Tech leadership, specially technical directors are plagued with a rigid 'unconscious bias' towards some of the developers, which renders them incompetent for any managerial positions let alone the directorial posts they currently hold. Axis bank bought Freecharge to exploit it's larger monthly active user-base so that it could claim more than double the users it previously had.
