There is no job satisfaction in very few teams (if we work a lot also) which i worked and difficult to move other teams/departments internally.

Training is good. We have job security. Salary and appraisal depnds on your performance. We will have work life balance.

Dislikes

We would not find any growth in career, It would be limited to few people who are pet to management. Most of the time you apprisal would depend on your direct reporting. How you go along with him/her. Much politics when it come to Internal Job posting. Knowledged people would end up as senior associate for years. People who doesn't even know basic information about process would be in higher Management team. No regular meetings with HR or Manager, they will come into picture only when you resigned....Read More

Work Details

Generally talking about my work it's completely related to customer operations. I was responsible for processing transactions placed by US shareholders on there accounts. Mostly we would receive request through mail, fax and over a phone call.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
