I had almost had 15-20 friends in different processes and all those process got outsourced approx 4 processes got outsourced in 1 year and no hike was given we were hired on the same salary. So over here your job is not at all safe.

The fact that the company pays you exceptionally good even to the fresher's but the only demerit I found is that there is very less scope of learning.You get paid more than what you actually are doing.Good for ladies who want work life balance but for those who are career oriented or want to continuous support , learning , knowledgeand growth then its not the company which you are looking for. Good work culture with beautiful campus. A very big cafeteria with gym and other gaming zones. A very good place for learning and career development.

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over.
