The best and first work experience at the workplace. There was personal as well as professional attachment with all the teammates and the management.

Dislikes

Salaries and appraisals were somewhat less and the night shifts were one of the reasons for the career growth.

I like the work culture of the company and the open door system where you can meet any manager or leader anytime! Very supportive and understanding leader to work for.

Dislikes

I did not dislike anything and would like to work again for the same company again. Only reason for me leaving the company is my higher education in different country.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
