Franco indian has past its glorious days. Owners of the company are least concerned about company more concerned about theirs own profit they can generates from it. If you only run for profit rest of things get ignored easily.

Dislikes

Company management only thinks to achieve short term sales growth. It has only one motto anyhow target achievement. Do not have a long term vision of sustaining the brands.
