Dislikes

People are low paid . Company is poor in sales ,training & skill development . Sales dependent on pushing and low profile doctors. Company is expert in selling syrup formulations only. High level politics existing in the company and people selected from outside are poorly harassed. 75 years old company is still not a HR managed house and do not believe in system & process that lead to sales rather than pushing sales .
