it was a chill culture before the leadership changed. If you are closer to leadership its best company to work in.

There is no stability as the CEO resigned today. Developers are asked to create a feature in 1 day. Every day people discuss who will resign/be fired today. A lot of people are resigning regularly. No hike no promotion no growth.

Nothing like in this company only favouritism works here any senior join they want their team and layoff old employees.

No job security anytime they can terminate you without earlier information, no personal life they expect you will work whole day in weekend also. 3-4 % appraisal they provide, How they received “Great work to place” whole company is scam and who are giving 5 stars that are also fake review forced by HR Team to employee to give good ratings. Don’t join the company

The intentions of Quess corp, the parent company, are good! They've tried to instill a very progressive work culture with a good leave/vacation policy. Also, the people I've worked with (in Marketing) are some of the most fun and interactive people I've come across in my career.

foundit is basically being run down to the ground by a few incompetent or horrible leaders/managers. This is a company that is trying to do something good (by a few good people) and they were even awarded Great Place to Work tag! But the underlying fact is that there are rotten people at a few important positions who, if not weeded out, will be responsible for sinking the foundit ship. The Marketing team, for example, is so inefficiently run. One person (whose name I won't mention) hogs up all the work and it has to be done in the manner she wants or else, you'll hear it from the CMO. Good working culture. Work-life balance. Activities and employee engagement activities.

Dislikes

Promotion and appraisal are terrible. Its between 3-5%. Few people get the manager's favoritism whereas the rest suffer. No salary equalization policy. The manager's favorite will be favored with onsite travel opportunities, really good appraisal, and multiple promotions. At the same time most of the crowd will be left with peanut appraisal and even terminations to maintain the cost gap.
