A young and vibrant team. Working hours are flexible, what matters in the end is if the job gets done or not. Leadership folks are approachable and are there whenever you need any help. Great team to work with, that sets the working atmosphere very cordial. From a sales perspective you get to work with a lot of big name E-Commercebrands from India and globally. Being part of Forward and their young, ambitious and electric team has made it a pleasure to work here. People first in their policies, giving us the platform to provide our opinions and being open minded is off immense help to us. Great people, supportive peers, a great leadership team with a clear vision, and most importantly your opinions are valued irrespective of your function and level. Couldn't ask for a better place to experiment new things. If autonomy is what excites you, I'll highly recommend working with Forward.

Very open and friendly work environment. Everyone here help and learn from each other. No communication barriers. Teammates are always approachable for any kind of clarifications I need. The balance between working and having fun is really nice. We work and have fun while doing it.
