They are a herd of fox in sheep skin. I was appointed as a sales manager in Saudi Arabia from November 2019. They deceived me with a salary package I never received on time. Not to mention the salary for 4 months they didn’t give me at all. On asking for a visa change, to move to a different company, they agreed at first and then once I had filed for a visa transfer and was waiting for their approval, the HR, Ms. Shabna, blackmailed me that I should give them a no- dues letter. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
