Many a times I felt, people are judged based on their position and relation with managers not based on his skills and capabilities. Your dedication and efforts will benefit others because of their position, and you will be recognised only as a part of the team and not your individual efforts.

Initially it was so good for few days. Then it became a boring job to do the same activities in same project, but the management wanted to continue in the same project because it will be a very hectic for new people to understand this specific one.

- high targets are set which noone will be able to fulfill in 5 days and 12,13 hours working. Then you will have to work on weekend to complete your pending work without incentive. But reality is they have made such a big trap. If u dnt complete target, they will put you on PIP and throw you out of company. So when u go in this company always make time and motion sheet. Work honestly and report your working hours and work. So they cant put u on PIP and make you so weekend working for free even after working for 14, 15 hours daily....Read More
