Salary hike is not great and does not move as per the inflation, no market adjustments, career progression is difficult to nil specific to management Category profile as it is all dependent on the current line manager and how much they can showcase him/her. Even lateral movement is difficult and usually profile is not considered. They r ready to take someone from outside and place 40% hike but am not sure the reason( may be internal politics) why they can't give chance to internal people who can stay back with immense enthusiasm and can impart trust /stability to the organization....Read More

- high targets are set which noone will be able to fulfill in 5 days and 12,13 hours working. Then you will have to work on weekend to complete your pending work without incentive. But reality is they have made such a big trap. If u dnt complete target, they will put you on PIP and throw you out of company. So when u go in this company always make time and motion sheet. Work honestly and report your working hours and work. So they cant put u on PIP and make you so weekend working for free even after working for 14, 15 hours daily....Read More
