I like quality of hospital. All staff and Doctors, HR are of very good quality

There is no system maintenance of any air condition of engineering department. Very dirty, air quality is very dirty. That's why our department. is not listening. I tried of saying. My request to HR department is to accompany me and i will show system by getting rounds done. How many got dirty? Everyone in my department know that'ssystem maintenance is not happening. MS DR RAHUL IS A BULLY Senior staff who are supposed to be a guiding force make the environment worse for the workers and eventually most of them burnout and are mentally disturbed . I was commented on my family background and what not to avoid their own mistakes

There is lots of work to learn, and some very honest and supportive supervisors who are are very nice to take a right stand, and my senior doctors was very good and very supportive I had learnt alot from them.. and I always remember and ready to come back work with them. And ready to nourish my abilities through the learning process.

There is so many burden with that nursing staffs are suffering from and this burden is the on of the reason that they are forgetting something to do just because of it, they are actually doing very hard work but sometimes some people's come and behaving very badly with them, and some people's who are very bad using there position benefits and torturing people.

Nothing as such to like you will get the same at the other hospital as well

Management is very rude, they only know how to destry your self confidence no help otherwise, they never listen to you, they only listen to those who provide them business, leave benefits are there but HOD never allow you to take leaves more than 3-4 that to you are very sick. No time to have lunch. No time for your own personal life

Staff is very short be in ICU or OT ,everyone is doing double duties on almost daily basis and nobody is looking in that.This is the one of the reason people are leaving from the institute.
