Worked as Infection Control Nurse with FMRI, Gurgaon for almost 7 months. The Infection Control Officer here is a TOXIC lady. She torture the staffs to the core and humiliates in public. Very difficult to professionally satisfy her and she expects the ICN to work as an ICO. Before thinking about FMRI ICN post, think twice friends.

No job security, nobody ready to listen your problem, hardely getting weekly off, poor company policies, nursing management is horrible for nurses, work culture is so terrible, extra nights duties, double duties,less off. Mentally harassment . overall not a good place to work for nurses

Here no value for nurses. Any mistake can get a warning letter to you. No transparency between senior and junior. There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is not getting complete every month. 1 yr before you cannot give resign.

The job is quite interesting, struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. Work life is very hectic apart from that internal political is take places. No personal life remaining after join here.

There is lots of work to learn, and some very honest and supportive supervisors who are are very nice to take a right stand, and my senior doctors was very good and very supportive I had learnt alot from them.. and I always remember and ready to come back work with them. And ready to nourish my abilities through the learning process.

There is so many burden with that nursing staffs are suffering from and this burden is the on of the reason that they are forgetting something to do just because of it, they are actually doing very hard work but sometimes some people's come and behaving very badly with them, and some people's who are very bad using there position benefits and torturing people.

Management is very rude, they only know how to destry your self confidence no help otherwise, they never listen to you, they only listen to those who provide them business, leave benefits are there but HOD never allow you to take leaves more than 3-4 that to you are very sick. No time to have lunch. No time for your own personal life

Staff is very short be in ICU or OT ,everyone is doing double duties on almost daily basis and nobody is looking in that.This is the one of the reason people are leaving from the institute.
