HR and management is useless and disrespectful towards doctors. It becomes difficult to work in a place where idots r hired (HR n management) to sit on the head of most intellectual people (Doctors). Gender bias Unequal pay scale

MS DR RAHUL IS A BULLY Senior staff who are supposed to be a guiding force make the environment worse for the workers and eventually most of them burnout and are mentally disturbed . I was commented on my family background and what not to avoid their own mistakes

There is lots of work to learn, and some very honest and supportive supervisors who are are very nice to take a right stand, and my senior doctors was very good and very supportive I had learnt alot from them.. and I always remember and ready to come back work with them. And ready to nourish my abilities through the learning process.

There is so many burden with that nursing staffs are suffering from and this burden is the on of the reason that they are forgetting something to do just because of it, they are actually doing very hard work but sometimes some people's come and behaving very badly with them, and some people's who are very bad using there position benefits and torturing people.

Management is very rude, they only know how to destry your self confidence no help otherwise, they never listen to you, they only listen to those who provide them business, leave benefits are there but HOD never allow you to take leaves more than 3-4 that to you are very sick. No time to have lunch. No time for your own personal life

No work ethics, no management, no administration, no trained staff, no respect for doctors profession,. This should shut down.
