The only thing i liked about the company was i got to train the team in many aspects of VM.

JD of the Store VM manager is defined in the brand is not creatively sound. one can only deal with display, not much to do.

Work Details

I worked as a Visual Manager for a premium store in Delhi. My profile involved timely changeovers, replenishment, training of staff in terms for new season launches and display guidelines.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
