Not good environment. Teammates are not supportive & the management is not transparent. Company policy are good, but appraisal are not fair

There is a lot of politics & the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees

in forever21 i like the shift of visual merchandiser ,in forever 21 you will see there is lots of peaple including my area manager also they do politics with staff if staff will say that sir you are doing wrong .then they can said that;you can go home ,,,,,,,

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
