Good Policies for caring about employees. Good maternity and other leave benefits. Chance to interact with some really smart people in automobile industry

Indian management nullifies the good policies of this American company. Poor leadership in the India business (what's left of it)

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
