The company is very transparent in all its policies or the information being shared from the ceo level till lower management. Tye company's policies and working culture is employee centric and they value employee growth above everything else.

Dislikes

As the organisation is very big, bureaucracy exists sometimes but the company is taking enough measures to keep it in check.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
