don't like anything there post 2016 the company is very bad

Dislikes

Dislike everything, no work life balance worked for more than 24 hours continuously, no good team leads or supportive ppl , always finding faults

Work Details

No Work life balance, No support from Team Leads, worked more than 24 hours continuously and no one to support..food cannot be taken on time always work work work. Team leads keep a spy that too junior level persons and finding fault.not worth fortune 500

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
