There will be a lot of learnings in terms of technology. You can learn a lot of technology depending on the client. The client was Wayfair for me.

Don't at all trust the company. Initially they gave a salary of amount 40 LPA for me. But they said after 11 months that they are doing cost cutting and reduced the salary of everyone to 30%. You cannot trust the company at all. But they are still hiring people. They changed the notice period too just before one month of this scam. You would get a salary decrement if you work hard for the company. They did this stunt saying market is tight. Yes it is. But why are they hiring others and lowering current people position and salary? A lot of false promises. They didn't even give people the incentives that they said in offer letter. It's a Payroll Company and Salary will Credit On time. Regarding work life balance and load is based on client where they deploy you. I am deployed with TCS and I enjoyed alot there reg work.

Cons: Before joining keep in mind that it's only last option than only apply. Reason: 1- Since it's contrat to hire company so forgot about any good compensation policy in this covid situation, Appraisals or bench policy. 2- In initial days salary got credited on time but after 2 months it got delayed. If you will contact HR for same they will not revert your emails or pick up phones. 3- You have to maintain a good relation with your client side manager else if you get kicked out there is no bench policy. You have to search project on your own and there is no compensation in between....Read More

Since I have deployed to client side and project was good , so I got all benefits of that. But I haven't seen office physically. If you will contact management for anything may be you have to reach out 2-3 times for getting feedback.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.
