The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad, especially to the US and Canada. But on-site travel is completely dependent on your project and client’s location. Teammates were the best part of this office for me, I made some very good friends here.

People here just want there growth, I was working there as a content executive and the Team leader was just not cooperative, as they did not want their team to grow, they just thought of their own growth. Appraisal sucks here, once in a year, but because of office politics you won't get that also, thanks to the Team Leader, her solepurpose was to decrease the appraisal amount what she needs to distribute with the Team, as it would increase her own appraisal amount. Why am I focusing on Team Leader again and again? Because Manager was nothing here he just wanted results no interaction with the Team. TL's are the manager of this company. The manager just sits and wait and at the end of the day, credits are given to the TL and Manager. HOD - High salary, less talent. No innovations. No employee satisfaction programs as decided by the HOD. Boring place to work becomes very monotonous. Would suggest not to join this company at any level. Main reason - Office Politics....Read More

I hated working here. This is the worst company I am working with. They are using the name of content for data entry jobs.

Dislikes

Mostly people are not even graduates so you can think of the kind of teammates yourself. They treat people like labours. The salary is very less and the team lead thinks that they own you, even on your week off. This is the company that considers no personal life. No cabs. No food. No facilities for employees at all. The work management is so poor. Even if you are not well, people would expect you to give maximum output. They will never appreciate you for co-operation. You will be forced to do overtime. Sometimes you will be even forcefully asked to come on your week offs. Politics are at every stage. I don't see career growth. It feels like daily wages labours, not even like employees. No perks. Too much work on the low salary. I would recommend not to join Foodpanda if you are looking for a good company to work for....Read More
