The atmosphere of Foodpanda was very peaceful & relaxed. Company was focused on work. Rules and regulations was good.

Dislikes

They focus on work rather than work life balance and benefits. Appraisal policy was not good

The best company i have worked for till date is Foodpanda, friendly environment, cooperative team leaders, assitant managers and managers.

The only thing which i hate while working there ...there is no job security in foodpanda.

Company doesn't offer so much like there is no transport facility, cafeteria isn't so good.

A young company with potential, hard working employees, almost secure jobs, good salary, decent work environment, work- life balance depended on how you tackle it

Dislikes

limited growth opportunity, average appraisal system, politics limited to higher management, average learning opportunities, a little conservative when innovation comes into play

(abt my dept.) Work volume was high with limited manpower so people who could, actually stretched shift time to get things done. management was keen on output but wasnt really concerned about how it was getting achieved. progressive employees
