The team management was excellent by our one senior manager. Some of the high profile managers wont even touch their pc for whole day and just use their social media accounts. Their was no hierarchy in office management, So called M.D. Mr. Ajay Kalsi dont even know what is happening behind js back. The salary is credited after 2 months, yes it means salary of march will be credited to your account on 27 or 28th of April. 0% job security, Please dont waste your time by working in Focus Energy Ltd if you are an IT person.
