Very poor management ,no fix date of salary , they keep your documents for verification , and then it' will very difficult for you to get it back , if you don't work on there conditions then they can fire you any time even at night ,there is no working hours kind of concept , you must be on your toes all the day. The owner of the company have a habit to abuse even the senior persons if things goes against planning , working culture is not suitable at all . There are many incidents I witnessed where persons are kicked out of the company within seconds , I too have to go home in emergency , so after leaving the company I waited for my salary ,but they didn't credited my salary and they said if you want your documents then go to our gurgaon office and sign no dues only then we will return yours original documents So I lost my 45 days salary to get back my original documents So guys please don't make your life hell My humble request to all, avoid such kind of company....Read More
