I worked under Math content team, our team leader was really great had great knowledge of Math he taught everyone of us a lot of things, work culture and also he helped us in learning Excel sheet and Google sheets which I use it everyday now. This was the best part of my job.

Waste company and there is no job security 😡😡 they firing employees without any reason also when we releive the management did not response even they did not credit balance salary amount for ex employees who seeking for a job there is no use they did not response these guys closed the Chennai branch( for their because of their attrocities they did not provide cab or work from home for ladies who coming far location etc 😡 also they is no production in this company this process is not suitable for career development totally what I am trying to say means of they think they did not leave employees to resign also they hire and include many job activities which is useful for our knowledge they provide cab facility etc but what real is they guys looted money For this reason only they did not provide cab work from home offering freelancing to ex employees...Read More

It is the worst company ever. They made some of the tutors (full-time) move into freelancing (part-time) by threatening to terminate them if they did not join the freelancing. They made a PIP (Performance Improvement Plan), which itself is a fraud by them. They are putting the tutors into the PIP by identifying very minor mistakes of the tutors. They want all the tutors to join the freelancing as they don't want to pay for their salaries. This company is losing projects even if you check social media and all the reviews from American student parents; they are also saying wrong things about this company as it lacks qualified employees in higher authorities. You can check the LinkedIn profiles of APMs and PMs, HR, and all to see how they are underqualified and undereducated without management skills....Read More
