I went for an interview here, the interview took my interview for around 1.5 hours in which he asked around 20-25 questions, even after answering more than 85% right questions they did not select me. I guess they’re sitting there just to waste employees time as he if didn’t wanted to select me he would have freed me with max 30-45 mins, I don’t understand why they are wasting time of employees by calling them to office for interviews and even after good interviews they don’t select the candidates. The salary pay is really good. Will provide cab service. Colleagues are really good and very skillful.

Dislikes

The company culture is really bad. They have the trend of mass layoff atleast twice an year. There is no work life balance. Employees are made to work 10-12 hours everyday irrespective of projects. And they promise bonus for overtime and weekend work but it not been paid even for work done 1 year ago . Also, some projects ask for mandatory weekend work that too without any extra pay.
