1. Good work life balance 2. All Saturday and sunday off. Alternate friday are also off but working hours are 1 hour extra. 3. Company culture and work life balance is good. 4. Seniors are supportive

1. Learning process is slow and all depend on you. No one is going to force you to learn. You are only assigned task on which you already have experience

Work life balance is the best thing at Fluor We have saturday sundays plus alternate fridays off Your manager or senior will never ask you why do you want leave or sorry you can’t get one.. and those corporate things so good to go in that also Job security is also there.. I have never seen any one getting fired for no reason.

Dislikes

Appraisals and promotions are delays since there are very small teams at fluor. Plus there are strict working hours {9.30 hours each day including 30mins of break}
