Start time was fix but end time was not. There was flexibility if you have worked overtime then next you can login late. Login time was fix. So this is how I dislike.

Most of the Higher Management has not worked in any other companies other than Huawei. So they don’t know work culture and follow illogical theory of nobody should be free for self development. Too many illogical processes and tasks are created without having any fruitfull output. Focus is on quantity not on quality.
