I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Commuting to workplace requires 3-4 hours daily. My Supervisor was sick. Sadist to the core. He cared least about his design drafters. He was interested to create divisions between drafters and engineers (an expert in divide and rule policy).
