1. Work culture is terrible with extreme pressure after 1 (experienced) to 3 (fresher) months of joining 2. HR (pk sharma) is the one who run this company, also pk has not completed his MBA(farzi degree wala) 3. Increment is based on party politics with the extreme interference of HR (pk sharma). 4. Toxic environment 5. Level of degree considered to be supreme is ITI (btech ,mtech these all are useless degrees here) 6.
