Flipspaces is a fast growing organization with a very good management. The overall work culture is good.

Few rude people in the top level management demotivates the junior level designers. HR and their policies were disastrous. Never expect a good hike form this company after working for like near about 2 years. (Received 2.5k max hike even after supporting them during the toughest times of covid even after cutting 75% salary) You will never be valued by the management if you are in a junior level designer post. You will have 0 growth staying with the company if you are not an IIT,NIT,IIM or NICMAR graduate. Lot more are there. Just stopping here....Read More

One of the worst places to work at, don't fall for thier social media presence cos that's exactly what I fell for, it's a terrible organization which is running in loss hence don't pay thier employees

Everything! They deducted salary unannounced giving the reason of covid, they don't pay back the travel reimbursement, they pay you half your salary on 15th by that time the landlord and all the bills pile up and you end up paying late fees, after working here I started falling in debt

Owners give freedom to mngmt to show their performance.

Dislikes

Top mngmt are unexperienced / unprofessional, they force their failures on lower colleagues to save their jobs, Outstation policy don't even match market standards, employees need to spend from their pocket that also they don't reimburse fully, they deduct amounts in unfairly manners, never never trust, never recommend anyone here.

With a flexible work schedule and with a great culture both of fellow employees and work wise, its been a decent journey working with Flipspaces over the last few months. At times the stress ca get to you, but then again that's what a lot of startups transitioning into a full fledged mid size firms will look like. It won't be a rosyall the time, there will be a few off days, but then you take that into your stride and figure what works for you. That's what the culture is all about, celebrate the big wins, embrace the failures and learn from them - that's what the culture and ethos of the firm is. You can casually walk up to one of your senior team mates and get talking about work and other aspects of life in general as well- that's what the beauty of having amazing people work at firms as such does!
