Company is good..but my bad luck I had a worst manager.. it's like a Jail they don't talk each other.. if you achieve your targets you're safe they treat you good..if not you will feel like embarrassing yourself..

To much of micro management .. no healthy atmosphere at work location..

One thing that I personally like about Pepperfry is that work environment is so friendly. On the same page People will also treat you like a donkey. Seniors will never let you take credit of work you had done.

Dislikes

There is a commitment of giving Incentives in your offer letter. But in my 1.6 months journey with Pepperfry. I had just got it for once, even when my performance was excellent. They will say your performance was great but co. Is not at profitable stage. SO NO INCENTIVES.
