It provides you with an opportunity to grow and reach levels you would not have imagined. Management is accessible but indefferent to suggestions, they have a set mindset which they are unwilling to budge from.

Dislikes

You have to deal with a lot of unnecessary bureacracy. No vison of the future, complete hand to mouth way of working. If the revenue targets are not met (even due to pandemic) straight away salary deductions and lay offs start. But on the other hand if the targets areet and surpassed no incentive or bonus is offered to the respectiv e team.
