1) Coming to office on time is not appreciated but suddenly if you start coming late to office you are criticized. 2) Talking to others in a good manner is not appreciated to the HR but suddenly if our tone changes they rush to the HR to complain about us.

New Horrible Level of Office Politics- Match Making Company. 1) Worst level of Micro Management even after office hours. 2) Not at all safe for single female employees. 3) After 6 months of employment, this new General Manager (Stuti Kataria) of Vizdom CSC Team along with others (Anshuman Dash, Kamlesh Sharma & many more) play this match making game with a targeted female employee. 4) They indirectly setup their old male employee (Krishna Jagannath Gupta) with a new female employee so that he can play this love game in office. 5) After increment period, this company goes public and plays the marriage game to a whole new different level by indirectly targeting the image of a female employee. 6) Lastly they play with their minds (reading minds which is dangerous and unhealthy) and body which is beyond science. (If you know what I mean) 7) Once (Samir Bhatia- Marketing Head) had the audacity to tell that employee, "Do you want this guy". Then create a toxic environment for that girl. 8) PS- I urge all single female employees not to work at this company where they play such horrible politics to a new level....Read More

Approachable founders, flexibility in timings, collaborative teams, work environment is good and culture is good too.. Tasks management and team management are some of the good things..
