Owners give freedom to mngmt to show their performance.

Top mngmt are unexperienced / unprofessional, they force their failures on lower colleagues to save their jobs, Outstation policy don't even match market standards, employees need to spend from their pocket that also they don't reimburse fully, they deduct amounts in unfairly manners, never never trust, never recommend anyone here.

Being a technical professional, I get to explore a lot of cross-functional trainings which not only helps me in my personal career, but also shows that the firm wants to invest time in you. And that's for me is a great way to learn continuously. While it's not always an easy work, it's rewarding which brings a lot of joy. There are a few things which are WIP to improve a few things which the firm may lack in, but that's only humane - at least they are trying yo reach to the point of being a great place to work.
