Owners give freedom to mngmt to show their performance.

Top mngmt are unexperienced / unprofessional, they force their failures on lower colleagues to save their jobs, Outstation policy don't even match market standards, employees need to spend from their pocket that also they don't reimburse fully, they deduct amounts in unfairly manners, never never trust, never recommend anyone here.

company has not given salaries to lot of employees. even not paid Cr. Money to vendor inspite of recd from client. They will only favour IIT and hire without experience ..they will not care about other talents. Companies don’t care about client don’t invest single penny and client is always disappointed ..and you are in middle of them

Company don’t care about client although recd advance but don’t invest single penny. And also not given payment to vendors ...more 25 Cr vendor payment is pending ....each sets of vendor payment due is more than 20 lac. This across all city’s like Mumbai , Bangalore, Hyderabad, delhi etc They give 50 % advance to vendor but after delivery don’t pay
