I have been working as a video editor at Flipshope, and while I appreciate some aspects of the job, I am deeply dissatisfied with several key areas. Firstly, the company culture lacks motivation and inclusivity, which affects the overall work environment and team morale. There is little room for growth, and constructive feedback is often ignored. Moreover, the salary does not match the industry standards or the workload assigned, making it difficult to feel valued or motivated. There is also no effort to provide employees with adequate apparels or resources, which adds to the frustration. Compensation is decent but the Work is given a top priority that sometimes it may affect your Work-Life Balance as well Being an HR. It Does Affect us and the Team but slowly the Organisation is Improving itself for the same.
