There is good work culture and the way workers treating others were good. I have learnt lot there and they give importance for improving others knowledge. Growth part is also good in 4 years I have got two promotions and I was so happy and this makes me work more harder and makes me refer others to work here.

Dislikes

Bit unsatisfied with work-life balance. Sometimes we have to work even when we are in leave or weekoff.
