No practical training, there’s no 360 appraisal system - only reporting manager’s rates the performance, worst work environment as nobody cares even about the basic facilities, work-life balance has no value here due to heavy work load and dependency. If raised any complaint or grievances you will be thrashed and targeted by managers.
