1) The job security is zero please don't waste time in Flipkart third party payrolls, they just Overhired all the Candidates and then fired telling Excuse of Ramp down, Hundreds of employees are crying and feel agony by this movement. 2) They Have Managers of Flipkart who never support you in operations how to work, they only give basic understanding by theories,its not helpful. But instead they say Tum ko khud sikhna hoga hum nahi batayenge so LACK OF SUPPORT 3) Company's IT value is under process they never resolve any past problems and still it remains as it is and if your Laptop (which was Company's credentials)are not working they will say you are not working, Means they are saying you are use less instead of their on Laptops are KABADI third class and they point on you Useless minds. 4) Company's Management is still not progress , May be they Are just playing with the intentions of Employees LIKE HIRING FIRING is their game They are not Understanding feelings and intention of Employees So I never ever Recommend any one to join Flipkart by Third-party Payrolls, If you want to join than choose Company Payrolls I wrote this because it doesn't help me but for you it will ! No job security ,problem is with senior management but still medium and junior level employees are being targeted for non performance of any vertical. Senior management are not trust worthy specially in Flipkart grocery vertical if you get job do not join you will spoil your career as there is no learning only office politics.

There is not a single thing to like about them. They have a very dull work environemnt and you can see the dissapointment on peoples faces at the start of the day itself

Your manager will fill you up with lies about why you will not get hike/promotion. No work life balance. Post working hours colleagues/lead will keep bothering you. Meeting deadlines every other day. Managers dont know how to work smart. You will be drained within a month
